Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using instructorplace.co.uk (the “Platform”), operated by Instructor Place (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Instructor Place is an online directory that connects learner drivers looking for driving lessons with independent driving instructors in Bristol and the surrounding area. We are a listings platform only. We do not employ instructors, provide driving tuition ourselves, or act as a driving school. Instructors listed on the Platform are independent, self-employed businesses responsible for their own qualifications, insurance, pricing, and lesson delivery.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Platform as a Learner (the minimum age to hold a UK provisional driving licence for car lessons). Instructors must hold a valid ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) badge, or equivalent trainee licence, and provide accurate proof of this if requested.
Where listing fees apply, these are shown on our Pricing page, are payable in advance, and are processed securely via our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Instructor Place does not charge Learners to search for or contact Instructors.
Any booking, scheduling, payment for lessons, cancellation, or dispute between a Learner and an Instructor is a matter between those two parties. Instructor Place is not a party to that arrangement and accepts no liability for the quality, safety, cancellation, or outcome of any lesson booked through a listing found on the Platform.

All Platform design, branding, and non-user-submitted content is owned by Instructor Place or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
The Platform may link to or embed third-party content (e.g. maps, videos). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date, or that any instructor will be available, suitable, or successful in helping a Learner pass their test. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instructor Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, or from any interaction, lesson, booking, or dispute between Learners and Instructors. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Instructor Place against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
